The class becomes a de-facto improv troupe on day one, starting with the basics of improvisation, then jumping head first into games and exercises with the strongly encouraged option of a final performance.

WI-AYT301: PLAYWRITING (6TH - 9TH GRADE)
Ever wanted to write a play? That's what this class is all about. Using the ten-minute play as a base, we will explore the fundamentals of playwriting, character, genre, style, while also discussing the process of expanding into larger works. The class will culminate in a reading of the student work by the playwrights and local actors.
