James Noury

James Noury attended his first pottery class in 2005 and has worked tirelessly to further his knowledge in the ceramic field ever since, focusing primarily on functional ceramics. James graduated from the University of Kansas with a sociology degree in 2009. While attending classes, he found his way into the ceramic department and explored every firing technique available. Since then, James has exhibited nationally and has enjoyed teaching both in a class setting and on a one-on-one basis.
